The second Annual Meeting of the Society was held May 8, 1961 at which time President Ray K. Grove was installed. At the same time Walter H. Burke was installed as President of the Harrisburg Section. At the meeting, the first Charter was presented to Harrisburg.
The Clearfield Section was chartered as the second section of the Society on May 15.
